Blue Team Restoration operates from large regional centers that house our equipment with disaster response trucks/trailers to handle emergency response in house. In additional to the firm's physical office/ warehousing locations; Blue Team has placed semi-trailers with full equipment packages in centralized locations to accelerate our response time. The company employs all management, supervision, technicians, and administrative to handle large catastrophic projects.
We only work in the commercial sector, thus allowing for management to have a strong focus on the commercial client's needs.
Blue Line Response Agreement
Blue Team Restoration offers a Blue Line Response Agreement. This is a priority response agreement entered into with limited clients that use our services for their day-to-day emergencies, as well as catastrophic response. Our "Blue Line" clients receive priority service during catastrophic events.
Under our Blue Line Preferred Customer Program, we guaranty a maximum response time of two hours to all locations that are covered under the agreement. Our Firm ensures that site assessment and emergency services will be in progress within our maximum response time of two hours. Our Project Coordinator will be in touch with the client from initial notification of a loss through completion. If the firms personnel is not within an hour drive of the loss location; Blue Team will notify our subcontracted first responder to mobilize until our personnel arrives on site (within six hours).
